The Lords Supper

We believe the Lord’s Supper is an ordinance instituted by Jesus Christ for His church. In the Supper, believers remember and proclaim Christ’s sacrificial death, celebrate their union with Him, and anticipate His return.

The Lord’s Supper is not a re-sacrifice of Christ, but a visible proclamation of the gospel. It is to be observed reverently and regularly by baptized believers who are walking in repentance and faith. Through this ordinance, Christ nourishes His people spiritually and strengthens the unity of His body.
