Salvation

We believe salvation is the gracious work of God, accomplished through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Because all people are sinners and unable to save themselves, salvation is received only by God’s grace through faith, not by human effort or merit.

Those whom God saves are forgiven, justified, adopted, and made new. True saving faith results in repentance, obedience, and perseverance, not as the cause of salvation, but as its fruit. Salvation belongs to the Lord from beginning to end and leads to eternal life with Him.
